Hero Award – $25,000

Dream Centers’ two pillar programs help women and children trapped in cycles of abuse and limited resources find hope, embrace health, and build sustainable lives. The Women’s Clinic provides free integrated and supportive health services to women ages 13-64 who are uninsured or under-insured. Mary’s Home provides up to five years of housing plus supportive services to help female-headed families experiencing homelessness achieve long-term stability and self-sufficiency.

clara Share the Merry Award – $10,000

Royal Family KIDS Colorado Springs Camp is a weeklong summer camp (Camp will be June 10-14, 2024) for El Paso County foster children – Little Campers – (6-12) who have been abused, neglected, and abandoned. Amazing local volunteer adults provide normalizing childhood experiences in the Cathedral of the Outdoors. Treat people royally. Make moments matter. Keep moving forward. RFK Mentoring Club provides one-to-one mentoring for Little Campers and a monthly mini-Camp experience the school year following Camp.

Vanguard Impact Award – $10,000

Safe Passage gives abused children a voice and enables the healing process by acting as the single source of contact for medical, investigative, and legal services. Safe Passage serves children from birth to the age of 18, as well as intellectually developmentally disabled adults, who are victims of sexual or physical abuse and/or are witnesses to homicide or domestic violence.

People’s Choice Award– $10,000

Pueblo United‘s pro-social non-profit makes an impact on the Pueblo community. What services does Pueblo United provide to our Pueblo‘s under-resourced community? Bimonthly food distribution, hygiene products, a nutritious meal, tents and sleeping bags, furniture—the work Pueblo United does transforms the under-resourced.
